HOSPITALITY FIRST
At Coopers Hall we always operate from a hospitality first philosophy. Not only do we provide the highest quality and level of service, but we strive to make sure everyone who plans and attends a Coopers Hall event feels welcome and well taken care of. Our team has decades of combined experience in restaurants, event production and the service industry and we’ve come together to offer the most authentic food, beverage and hospitality experience we can.

FOOD & WINE
Under the direction of Executive Chefs Tyler Weeks and Jeremy Pratt, our dedicated kitchen staff creates rotating seasonal menus from locally sourced ingredients. We work with some of the best farms, farmers markets and producers in the Portland area to offer your guests a true Pacific Northwest culinary experience. Throughout the year menu highlights include such ingredients and farms as Sudan Farm lamb, fresh caught Oregon coast seafood, Vibrant Valley Farm silky salad greens and Groundwork Organic specialty berries, peppers and squash. Our meals are typically served family-style to create a communal and convivial dining experience, but we also offer plated dinner and standing room cocktail or progressive meal options. Most dietary restrictions are gladly accommodated upon request.
With an urban winery occupying almost one-third of our flagship Coopers Hall space, the bar program is an important part of what we offer. We have a wide selection of both Coopers Hall and local Oregon and Washington wines on tap as well as local draft beers. The bar is full-service and is well stocked with a variety of spirits for classic or specialty cocktails.
